to Brookview Apartments! We provide income
based housing for both families and the elderly/disabled throughout the
state of Missouri. Depending upon the chosen property we offer 1, 2, or 3
bedroom apartments.  To
find the location that best suits your needs, simply click on
'Locations' at the top of this page and browse the map. You may
also view our 'Floorplans' and print an 'Application' by using the
links above. If you would like more information about a
particular complex, feel free to contact one of our site
managers. Their contact information can be found after selecting
a property from the 'Locations' page. They would be happy to
setup an appointment with you to view an apartment.
We strive to create a friendly, safe environment for you and your
family. We strictly enforce our drug free policies. It is
for
this reason that we screen all applicants through a Credit &
Criminal Background check. More details about this process can be
found on the first page of the downloaded application.
All of our apartments are cable/antenna ready. Clean on-site
laundry facilities are provided for your convenience. All major
appliances, including refrigerators, air conditioners, and stoves are
furnished in the units. We also provide water, sewer, and trash
service.
